Facilities Offering Re-Refined Oil Through Cross-Service AgreementsCross-service agreements allow Federal agencies to send their vehicles to another Federal agency for maintenance at competitive prices. GSA enters into cross-service agreements with Federal facilities for the servicing of GSA-owned vehicles. Other agencies can choose to use these locations for maintenance of their own vehicles. The following list identifies cross-service locations that offer re-refined oil for engine lubrication changes.
